Bryan has 15 years of experience assisting customers with their vehicle purchases. Operating with only the highest integrity, he enjoys matching clients to their perfect car. Many customers are return clients who continue to come back year after year as their vehicle needs change. Bryan is a Colorado native. When not selling cars, Bryan loves to ride his Harley, travel and spend time with his wife, 2 sons and 3 Chihuahuas.

Karen has been working with credit union members since she began as an auto buying and leasing consultant with the Colorado Credit Union League Carfacts/CU Leasing program in 1993. In 1999 the Colorado Credit Union League merged their program with the Burt Automotive Group and the program was renamed CU Aadvantage Automotive. Working in sales and marketing, Karen was with the program until 2007 when the program disseminated. After a short tenure with Charlie Brown and Co., she then joined Bryan Barnes, a former CU Aadvantage colleague, at Credit Union Auto Buying Service in 2009, embracing the credit unions’ philosophy of “people helping people”. “Working with members is very rewarding. Excellent pricing and a high level of service creates a long term business relationship and mutual respect.” Originally from Illinois, Karen moved to Colorado with her husband, two young sons, and the family golden retriever in 1988. Karen spends her time outside of work gardening, reading, walking the newest golden retriever, and treasures the time she spends with her grandson, who simply “melts her heart”.

Born in the small town of Brookings S.D., Jim was destined to be in the automobile business. His parents owned and operated the local Chevrolet Cadillac dealership that was in the Kjellsen family for over 50 years. Jim has worked in most every area of the business at one time or another including sales, service, and parts. Jim’s goal in the business today is to have each and every customer so happy with his or her “no Hassle” experience, that they are proud to recommend him to both family and friends.

I grew up in New York and I moved here with my family in 1981. My father was an engineer for Lockheed... People often ask what brought me in to this business? My love for people and cars... I have been a car junkie most all of my life... It seems to be a natural fit for me. I love to help people with there automotive needs. Whether it be for sales, repair or accessories, I like to arrange those things and help as a consultant when it comes to cars... I have a beautiful 11 year old daughter. I hold my family and friends very close to me. They are very important to me... I enjoy sports in my spare time as well... I hope I get the opportunity to help you with your automotive needs...
